VINTAGE ELGIN AMERICAN POWDER COMPACT HEART SHAPED FLORAL ENGRAVED

So irritating...The outside of the is compact looks never to have been used no scratches...The back has a tiny pin head dimple not scratch...the mirror has dullness that I cannot clean off. The working parts work most excellent ! The front and back is beautiful ! There is some powder left in the compact no puff.
