You are bidding on a rare and beautiful Vintage 1950's Volupte' USA Mother of Pearl Powder Compact in superior condition.
It measures 4.25" L x 3.25" wide when closed.
This compact contains three compartments: one for cigarettes, one for lipstick, and one for powder.  The original Volupte' powder pad is included.
Condition: The compact is in superior condition with normal wear and tear for an item that is 70+ years old.  The interior compartment hinges and outer hinge that secures the compact when closed still function well. The mirror has some minor tarnishing. The back of the compact has some major scuff marks. The original bag will be included, but is NOT FUNCTIONAL as depicted in the attached images.
