    Description

    Made in USA Elgin American. Two in the lot. Diameter just less 3”.  1) Engraved Floral never used. Having the Press lock open and close. Mirror minimal specks.  2) Unusual Starburst alternating buffed and high shine finished sections.  As you see gently used, puff with powder.  There is bit of powder edges of reservoir. This one with the snap latch.  No original boxes or flannel covers.
